A four bedroom detached house built in the Codicote Conservation Area. Codicote, Hertfordshire.

  Design solution

The design presents a gently modern vernacular exterior to complement the existing buildings within the conservation area.

There are clues however that the interior will be more unusual.

Inside, the house is organised around its double height dining area, stairs and bridge-link to the main bedroom above.

Spaces are contemporary in style with an emphasis on natural light, form and generous space.
