Contemplating building for the first time can seem rather daunting. The process appears complicated and fraught with possible pit falls. But this needn't be the case.

  The process

The whole process of making a new building or extension can seem very daunting when viewed as a whole but, like any complex problem, design and construction is broken down into a sequence of small steps.

Each step leads logically to the next and if tackled in the right order and with knowledge of what the whole route should be, the process of creating a new building can be turned from a stressful to an enjoyable experience.

We are here to take you through every step of the design and construction process and to work with you to turn your dreams into an exciting reality.

  Organise, organise, organise
If the project is organised properly, right from the start, and expectations and goals are realistic, then the making of a new building can be an exciting and rewarding experience for all involved.
  Preparation and management
Everyone is familiar with one or more catastrophic building stories. Mistakes, misjudgements and unforeseen problems appear to be an inevitable part of the building process. It is important therefore to acknowledge that they do occur and, through careful preparation and management, strive to minimise the risk of them happening. When they do happen it is equally important to adopt a flexible approach to overcoming them, whilst not losing sight of the ultimate goal.
