The feasibility study takes into account all aspects of the project, so that our clients have all of the preliminary information that they need before commencing the project.

  Initial consultation
We are happy to visit you and the site to discuss the proposed project in general terms. We will perhaps be able to give new direction to your thoughts and help clarify anything about the process of building. We will also be able to explain in more detail our services and fees. We make no charge for this initial meeting and will proceed further only when requested to do so.
  Establishing your requirements
It is essential to establish the basics first. What do you want, what is the budget and what are the realistic time scales. We will help identify these at an early stage and help you clarify your ideas and then agree everything with you so that a brief document can be produced and the scope and extent of our appointment agreed. We will review alternative design and construction approaches with you and advise on the need or otherwise of obtaining planning permission etc.
  Site assessment
One of our first tasks is to check the proposed site for its suitability. We will need your help regarding boundaries, rights of way etc. We will obtain records from services companies about underground services crossing or near to the site. We will also advise on party wall situations and trees.
  Outline cost advice
Once the brief is established we will advise on general cost implications.
