The design process is the most important stage of the project and will move the scheme from general spatial solutions to more detailed consideration of all aspects.
   
  Development of the design  
 

Working from the base established in the feasibility study we will analyse your requirements and produce alternative sketch proposals for discussion.

Once an approach is established we will develop the scheme taking into account any amendments requested by you and produce more detailed drawings to explore the size, appearance, materials and spatial arrangements of the project.

We will discuss, agree and finalise the proposals before proceeding to prepare planning application drawings.

We will advise on the necessity of a detailed site / building dimensional and topographical survey.

We will re-examine and advise on approximate construction costs and programme.

We will advise on the necessity of appointing other professionals such as:
Planning supervisor
Quantity Surveyor
Structural engineer
