We will produce all of the documents required for the planning application and, where possible, negotiate with town planners to help your application be successful.       Production of planning drawings and supporting documentation     When the scheme design is agreed we will produce planning application drawings and documentation and make the required application.     Negotiation with Town Planning officers     We will, as far as possible, track the application and negotiate with planning officers over any contentious elements and advise you of any changes it may be prudent to make. Please note however that the permission itself is beyond the architects control and no guarantee that it will be granted can be given.     Preparation of planning appeals     If necessary we will advise on and prepare documentation to support planning appeals. We will also advise on the appointment of specialist Town Planning consultants. As with planning applications we can give no guarantee that any appeal will be successful.
