We will prepare information and drawings necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulations and make the necessary submission.
   
  Production of drawings for submission to Building Control  
 

Working with other specialist consultants as required, we will develop the scheme design and detail the proposed construction methods and arrangements.

We will also discuss and agree with you the palette of materials and components to be incorporated into the building.

When all the critical items are agreed we will prepare building regulations application drawings and specifications to address and satisfy the statutory requirements.

  
  Liaison with and co-ordination of Structural Engineers and other professional consultants  
  We will co-ordinate the information from other consultants, such as the Structural Engineer, and prepare the necessary application for submission.

We will negotiate and make any necessary changes required by Building Control during the application process.
