It is necessary to amplify and add to the building regulations drawings in order to produce information suitable for describing all elements and components to the builders.

This will take the form of additional drawings, specifications and schedules which will form the basis of the tender package.

Depending on the size and complexity of the project we will advise on the necessity, or otherwise, of producing a bill of quantities and assist in the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor, if appropriate.
